Build software people actually use.
We're a small team that stakes its fee on adoption, not on shipping and walking. If you'd rather your work get used than get launched, you'll fit here.
Why work here
Most agencies get paid to ship. We put 20% of our fee on the agreed result: if we miss it, we work at our cost for up to 90 days, and if it is still unmet, we forfeit that 20%. That rule changes how we work: we build demos before decks, measure outcomes instead of hours, and do not hide behind jargon.
It means the people here are builders who care about the outcome, not just the output. Small team, no bureaucracy, real ownership, and work you can point to and say "people use that every day."
How we work
Show, don't tell
We build the working thing first. Demos over decks, evidence over promises, internally too.
Adoption is the metric
Shipping isn't the finish line. We're done when people actually use what we made.
Plain English
No "professional services," no buzzwords, no scope-creep games. Say what you mean.
Own the outcome
Small team, real autonomy. You run your work end to end and stand behind it.
What we offer
Remote-first
Work from where you do your best work. Async by default, low-meeting by design.
Real ownership
Ship work that reaches real users, and equity-style upside in what we're building.
Learning budget
Annual budget for courses, conferences, tools, and the books you keep meaning to read.
Modern tooling
The stack, hardware, and AI tools to do the job without fighting your environment.
Time that's actually off
Generous, genuinely-encouraged paid time off. Adoption is a marathon, not a crunch.
Honest pay
Transparent, fair compensation with the range on the table from the first conversation.
Open roles
